pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats. Can you continue for thirty
minutes? Twenty minutes? How about 10? Post results to comments. If you

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a
minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a
five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before
repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station
immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on
the rower where each calorie is one point.

U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant Matthew T. Abbate, 26, of Honolulu,
Hawaii, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine
Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, based out of Camp Pendleton,
California, was killed on December 2, 2010, while conducting combat
operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife
Stacie Rigall, son Carson, mother Karen Binion, father Salvatore Abbate,
and siblings Dominica Abbate, Elliot Abbate, Valerie Binion, and Kelly
Binion.
