ALRIGHT GUYS WE NOW HAVE AN UPDATED SCHEDULE FOR THE WEDNESDAY OPEN GYM CLASSES. THE FIRST PART OF THE CLASS WILL BE A SKILL / TECHNIQUE DRILL. EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS. THE REMAINDER OF THE CLASS WE WILL HAVE A NAMED WOD FOR YOU TO DO. THIS WILL BE A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO TEST AND RECORD YOUR PROGRESS AS THESE ARE THE FEW WODS THAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. BRING A NOTEBOOK TO KEEP TRACK AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE AT THE COMPOUND!!!
