What an awesome gathering of local crossfitters this weekend!! The Compound took 5 athletes to participate. Well, what are the results, you ask?? All athletes placed top ten!!! We took top male and top female spot. Took third and fifth in the mens division as well! Congrats to The Compound and everyone who participated....can't wait for the next one!!
