Ok, it's time to give some props to our members.....
And Billy is the first victim.
Billy is one of those athletes that doesn't realize his full potential until he walks into a Crossfit gym! He has been coming to the Compound for about 7 months now. He started out at 273 lbs. and now is at 205 lbs. However, weight is not really our main goal here, it's just an added bonus if that's what you're body needs. When I asked Billy how crossfit changed his life his response was that he has a better attitude, more energy, more determination, better sex (hopefully Amy won't give me the smack down for writing it), and he's just an all around happier dude. Oh and watch out 5:30 guys because he also seems to be one of those silent "i'll kick your ass" types. You don't know he's there until he explodes on a WOD and blows your time out of the water.
Billy, we love having you with us!!! We continue to be very impressed with your performance and dedication. It never goes unnoticed!
