Free Unconventional WOD this morning at 10:00am - come out and bring a friend to check us out! ***And don't forget - next weekend's Unconventional WOD will be held on Sunday, June 16th (instead of Saturday) at Noon and will be at First Landing State Park (on the beach) with a cookout to follow!
